It’s amazing for being the most thorough reading material out there and for listing health foods that are actually fattening. I’ll admit, there are a few books that will give you a listing of these foods but they are not presented in as clear and understandable a format as this ebook does.

The section on ab exercises goes into detail about sit-ups, crunches, and ab machines. Surprisingly, they are really the least effective. It all depends on what kind of exercises you do each day. One that is very effective is interval cardio training. Interval cardio training is the form of cardio that will boost the metabolic rate up highest so that you’re burning more calories 24 hours a day. Since it is overall calorie burn that matters most when it comes to whether you lose belly fat, this is important. While sprint training may not seem like the best exercise to lose belly fat since it doesn’t even work your stomach muscles, don’t be misled.
